SAP Signs Global Reseller Agreement With APOS Systems

WALLDORF, Germany - April 22, 2009 - SAP AG (NYSE: SAP) today announced a global reseller agreement with APOS Systems, a leading provider of extensions to SAP® BusinessObjects™ XI solutions. Through this agreement, SAP will resell select APOS solutions, helping customers enhance management, monitoring and control of their deployments of SAP BusinessObjects XI solutions.

The APOS solutions now available from SAP include the following:

SAP® BusinessObjects Integration™ software, version for ESRI GIS software is a powerful, two-way bridge between two industry-leading business intelligence solutions, ESRI ArcIMS/ArcGIS Server and SAP BusinessObjects XI. Shockwave Flash (SWF) format-based control enables live ESRI map embedding in Crystal Reports® software, and users can export these reports to a PDF with a working map control.
SAP BusinessObjects Integration, version for Microsoft Outlook allows users to connect to SAP BusinessObjects XI from Microsoft Outlook, with online or offline report viewing and scheduling.
SAP® BusinessObjects™ Enterprise software, advanced administration package includes select APOS administration solutions for deployments of SAP BusinessObjects XI:
Advanced system management
System monitoring and analysis
Back-up, archive and restore
Expanded distribution and post-processing
InfoView and central management console connectivity to corporate e-mail addresses

The APOS solutions, now available from SAP under this agreement, will result in lower total cost of ownership for customers, and also positively impact their ability to scale current deployments to much higher levels.
