Intuit Reports 10 Percent Growth in TurboTax Units Through March 14

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif – Mar. 18, 2009 – Intuit Inc. (Nasdaq: INTU) today released the second of three updates for its fiscal year 2009 consumer tax products. Through March 14, total TurboTax federal units increased 10 percent over the same period last year.

"Tax season is progressing as expected," said Dan Maurer, senior vice president and general manager of Intuit's consumer tax group. "Online growth continues to accelerate, and we believe our continued focus on ease to help taxpayers get the biggest refund they deserve will result in another solid tax season."
