How can I tell if my existing ERP system is holding back the growth of my business?

I need to know if it's worth it to keep my existing ERP system or invest in a new expensive system.

Ask the following questions to determine if your existing ERP system is hurting more than helping: 1) Are customers complaining about poor service? 2) Do you have to use multiple systems to accomplish a single task? 3) Are you finding it difficult to obtain accurate and up-to-date information? 4) Do you have to rely on handwritten notes? 5) Do you find yourself having to enter the same data into separate software systems? 6) Is your data frequently lost or corrupted? And finally, are you finding it difficult to expand your business while relying on your current ERP system?

If you answered ‘yes’ to any of the above questions, chances are good that it’s time for your company to upgrade to a better, more advanced ERP solution.
